The following ticket purchase policy has been created to ensure your full understanding of our ticket purchase process for tickets purchased through www.vidinc.com.au and via the related shopping cart and payment gateway (the “Site”). This policy also covers any valid ticket purchase via any approved third party site, affiliate or marketing outlet.

This purchase policy is subject to, and incorporates the full terms and conditions, disclaimer and privacy policy available on the site. Your use of the site, including the free membership area and including any ticket purchase, is your acceptance of the full terms and conditions. Who You Are Buying From

M.E.G.A (MR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD. is the promoter of the ‘VIDinc’ event for which you are purchasing tickets (“Promoter”) (“We”) (“Our”) (“Us”). Details of the event, including the full terms and conditions are available on the site.

Pricing, Promotion and Availability

Ticket prices promoted on the site may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to promote and sell tickets at discounted prices via the site and via affiliates or other third parties and by other means other than the site. No refund will be paid to a ticket holder who paid the full ticket price compared to an identical ticket sold at a discount. Affiliates or other third parties may receive a commission for each ticket they sell.

Cancelled Events

Rarely an event may be cancelled or postponed. If an event is cancelled, please contact customer service for further information. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled event up to the face value of the original tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. The refund amount for tickets purchased will be no greater than the purchase price of the ticket.Depending on the circumstances in each case, a partial refund may be given where one day of a multi day event is cancelled. Contact customer service for exact instructions if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.Credit card and transaction fees may also be refunded on cancellation of an event.It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will contact you via email and also post a notice on the event website. We do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

Headline/ Promoted Presenters

Headline and promoted presenters are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund if a headline or other promoted presenter is changed or cancelled. M.E.G.A (MR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute presenters and vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience capacities.

Refunds, Exchanges and Replacement Tickets

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection details.
Physical tickets are not issued. You may be required to show photographic identification at the event registration desk. Failure to supply photographic identification may result in your ejection from the event venue. You will not be entitled to a refund if this is the case.A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, or to return or exchange a ticket. Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), if an event takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after your billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing. In these cases, customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after an initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

Pricing Errors

If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered (regardless of the source of that error, and whether it was an error in a price posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect ticket price for the tickets, you will receive a full refund from us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, We shall have no liability to you beyond the purchase price of the ticket purchased. We shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Loss or Injury at Events

To the extent permitted by law, We disclaim all liability for any loss or injury caused at an event. By purchasing tickets to this event, you acknowledge and accept the full terms and conditions in your personal capacity and on behalf of any accompanying minor. You assume all risks which are incidental to the event for which the ticket you have purchased is issued, whether before, during or after the event. We will not be liable for any obligations owed to you by the event presenters to you as a ticket purchaser.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

We reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct we or our agents, employees or contractors deems to be disorderly, including the use of vulgar or abusive language or who otherwise fails to comply with our or the venue’s terms and conditions. Breach of any such terms and conditions will terminate your revocable licence to attend the event without refund or compensation. A ticket is a revocable licence and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. All patrons attending an event must hold on their person at all times at the event, a valid receipt, ticket or lanyard for that event. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the event.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

You grant permission to the promoter to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.

You May Be Subject to Search

You may be requested to submit yourself and your belongings to a search on entry to an event for which you have purchased a ticket. By purchasing a ticket you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise (to the extent permissible by law). If you withdraw your consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. We may prohibit certain items from being brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. Such items may be confiscated and we do not accept any responsibility for confiscated items.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us.

Order Confirmation

Details of all successful and completed ticket purchase orders are sent to the purchaser (in the form of a confirmation page and by email). If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with customer service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assumed that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on the Site are typically subject to a per ticket charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.


All ticket prices are stated in Australian Dollars.

Law and Jurisdiction

The provisions of this ticket purchase policy are governed by the laws of Australia. All parties to the transaction agree that any disputes arising will be dealt with in a Court of Sydney NSW.
